After calling around several places to get a quote on artificial turf, this was the only shop that was willing to work with me on their pricing without my contractor present. When I walked in, Heather came out of her office right away to help me. Before I could ask a question, she told me that they were offering an extra 5% off during December on everything they had in stock. I told her my contractor referred me and was told able to get the contractor price as long as I could provide my contractor’s info in addition to the 5% off for December.
Anyways, I asked dozens of questions about the variety of different turf they have in stock and about the installation process. She was very patient with me and answered every question she could. There were a few she didn’t know, so she asked one of the installers to ensure she gave me the correct information.
Overall I’m very satisfied with their customer service and the turf I chose. She didn’t try to upsell me or try to get me to buy the more expensive turf either.

Paul and his crew were very professional and did a superior job with their preparation, installation and clean up. Paul fully explained what the plan was for the day and how his crew would complete the installation.
